You’re not the only person who will be applying so you need to update your resume to make yourself stand out.

Recruiters
Most organisations have an internal recruitment team whose job it is to provide candidates for managers to review. In other words, you need to get past a recruiter in order to be selected for interview. How do you do that you ask? Jobs posted on LinkedIn will usually show you who the recruiter is. Find the recruiter and connect with that person on LinkedIn.
The goal is to get their attention and concisely explain why you should be considered for the role.
Remember, even if you are not selected for one particular role you want to establish a relationship with the recruiter as they will have additional roles in the future.
Interview
I can’t stress this enough…PREPARE for your interview! This is not the time to “wing it”.
